About Me

I'm a Nia Black Belt Instructor from Boulder, CO.  I've been teaching movement classes since 2001.  Currently, I teach Nia and Zumba classes at North Boulder, East Boulder, and Longmont Recreation Centers.I'm also a Certified Massage Therapist practicing in Boulder.  I like to vary my speed during the day:  Sweating and playing in fitness classes, slowing down with massage therapy, using my mind in an office setting, nurturing my kids and my clients, and enjoying many realms of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.  Celebrate the body in motion!

Hi Karen - I just joined DHF and thought I'd send some "hello's" out. I just started Nia classes and I love it so much that I'm going to be taking my White Belt this spring. If you should know of any White Belt training before March - please let me know.
